Jeffrey Dang OD

Dr. Jeffrey Dang is the heart and soul of See Breeze Optometry. Growing up in Fountain Valley, California, Dr. Dang has deep roots in the community. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of California Irvine, earning a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He then went on to achieve his Doctor of Optometry degree at Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, California.
With a genuine passion for eye care and years of experience, Dr. Dang is dedicated to improving the vision health of every patient. He stays at the forefront of optometric advancements by continuously updating his knowledge and utilizing cutting-edge technology, ensuring that patients receive the highest level of care and the most accurate diagnoses and treatments.
Beyond his technical expertise, Dr. Dang believes in building strong, lasting relationships with his patients. He takes the time to listen, understand each patient’s unique needs, and provide honest advice tailored to individual circumstances. Kenneth Hardy, OD
OPTOMETRIST
Dr. Hardy completed his undergraduate studies at Whittier College, graduating in 1981. He went on to receive his Doctorate of Optometry from the Southern California College of Optometry in 1985. In his personal life, Dr. Hardy married Dr. Kataoka in 1990, and together they have two children. Their son, Troy, graduated from UCSB in 2017 and currently works as the Internet Sales Manager at Norwalk Toyota. Their daughter, Paige, graduated from UCLA and is in her second year at Columbia Law School.
Joy Kataoka, OD
OPTOMETRIST
Dr. Kataoka attended the University of California, San Diego, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Optometry. She further advanced her studies at the Southern California College of Optometry, earning her Doctorate of Optometry in 1985. In her personal life, she married Dr. Hardy in 1990 and is known as Mrs. Hardy in the real world, though she retains her professional title as Dr. Kataoka to the State of California. They have two children: Troy, who graduated from UCSB in 2017 and is the Internet Sales Manager at Norwalk Toyota, and Paige, who graduated from UCLA and is currently in her second year at Columbia Law School.
